Osmo Cutting Board Oil is a hard wax oil that is safe for food contact, specifically designed for cutting boards. Its clear finish is strong and durable. Once cured, it becomes water-repellent and resistant to dirt, as well as to stains from wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juices, milk, and water. These liquids bead up on the surface without leaving marks – simply wipe them off with a cloth.
